And so her new life, more adventurous then she ever imagined.

The setting took place in Bowling Green, Virginia. Rufus lived there for his whole life. But he leaves because of his step father. He is always fighting with him. One day he left and went to Fredericksburg. While he was there he found a place to stay at a huge house. While he was there, he witnessed a battle to take over Fredericksburg. He also found a lot of friends.

I only have one main character in my book, but I have many other characters. I am going to focus on Gorge. He is African and a slave. His owners are really nice they let him sleep in the house, and they let him have regular food. He is 18. He is just a little older then Rufus. He is 18. He is vary big for being a slave. ahttp://www.nps.gov/archive/gett/gettkidz/gkimages/flagpa.jpgnd he has very dark skin. The main reason I picked Gorge is he is Rufus’s friend.
Background information/ Rufus is 16 years old, he left home when he was 16 when he left.
Rising action/ he went to Fredericksburg and witnessed a battle.

    Setting
The setting is usually were the story takes place. My book takes place in a high school called Redford High. The school is named after Jackson Redford. He does go to the school, too. When the story takes place at the school, there is a lot of drama. This drama happens over a long period of time. It is like months and months. This takes place inside the school, not on the outside. The other places it occurs is in this restaurant called Jimmy Mack’s. They always go there before a football game. It has been like that for a very long time. Usually only white people go there. Blacks just don’t like to go there. The place is not racist at all. It was at one point but not any more. One other place is Kate Pride’s house. She is always there. Well I would hope so; it is her home.

    Review
My book The Heart Divided is a really good book. It has a lot of detail in it. I like the little things about it; it just has a lot of detail. I liked that it had drama just like in real life. They have the popular people, the outcasts, and the nerds; they have many types of people. A lot of my predictions were accurate. It was not that hard to figure out at all. I would recommend this book to another person any time. Nothing really confused me on this book. It was really easy to understand. I related to all the drama that happened in the school. That stuff happens in like every school.

    Beyond Beyond the Burning Time
    This
    Time.

    My
book is not one I would recommend.
It takes way to long to get to
called beyond the point. That is oneburning bridge. I did not think it was that good of the reasonsa book. I lost complete interest.
    The book
thought it was also boring. In books I usually like some action. I also did not like how the words did not change, they all stay the same. She barely had exclamation points in her book. You would read for an hour before u got tocould not tell when It was getting scary or mystery it stayed the point. Thesesame like the whole story. So those are some reasons why I did not like the book that well.
    Secondary characters.
    My secondary characters
are Mary’s Mom and her Brother. In the beginning of the book she goes and visits her brother. Her brother is an Apprentice. He is learning how to live as a man. He is taught by his master. She does not get to see her brother very reasonable I’moften. They only see him when they want to go visit him. It would suck not sure the typebeing visited by your family don’t you think? One big thing in Salem is witchcraft. Her mother is telling Mary not to even talk about witchcraft because if booksthey hear you they will hang you or they will crush you. Some of Mary’s friends talk about witchcraft. So her mother does not want her child to be around that because that could be the last time you speak to your daughter.
Here are some things I did not
like but thisabout the book. One thing is I can not one for me. You allbelieve they would kill you even if you accused of saying something or someone tells on you. So you can see back then kids had to watch their tongue and now days kids do what they want when there are different from me so u mayrobbers and killers on the loose. My Mom and Dad do their job by watching us and not letting us alone by ourselves at knight or in the Day time.
So you can Cleary see why I would not
like it. Thatto live in Salem in 1692!!!! But even though it is pretty much my criticism so ifnot 1692 always watch your into long boring books check this one out. Alltongue and be aware of strangers and robbers.
    Setting
    My story takes place
in all this book wasSalem 1692. It is snowy and The kids had to boringdo chores and run errands for me! there parents. We don’t do that today. Today the streets are full of people who take kids. Salem is a place where you don’t talk about witchcraft at all. If they accuse you might not see your parents again.
